Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products that have been opened, partially consumed, improperly stored after delivery, or damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for return or replacement.

To qualify for a return request, customers should notify our team within 48 hours of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive products that are damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. To help us process your request efficiently, we may ask for:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

Once the information has been reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Frozen foods that have thawed after delivery due to improper storage.
  • Products that have been opened or used.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

In some situations, Maaz Distribution may offer a replacement product or account credit instead of a monetary refund.

Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us immediately. Orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
